Dr. Michelle Tullier’s mission is to uncomplicate complex career issues. She helps young professionals and emerging leaders steer their work lives toward greater fulfillment and achievement, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual’s definition of success.
As former executive director of the Georgia Tech career center, and as a career coach and regional leader with global outplacement firm Right Management, Michelle has counseled and coached thousands of individuals from college to C-Suite in a broad range of industries. With thirty-plus years of career counseling, coaching, hiring, training, and leadership experience, she offers clients exceptional depth of knowledge for navigating workplace and career management issues.
Michelle’s Ph.D. in counseling psychology from UCLA, including a concentration in organizational behavior through UCLA’s business school, complements her corporate experience with sensitivity and skills to support the emotional aspects of career management. Michelle has particular expertise in career and workplace concerns of clients with anxiety disorders and those in recovery.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Michelle has lived and worked in New York and Los Angeles. She now Zooms with clients across the country from her year-round island home in Maine where she lives peacefully with her clinical psychologist husband and rescue dog (who loves the snow). She is mom to a Gen Z daughter and is a creative writer.
